Founder & CEO

Dr. Addie Perkins Williamson enjoyed an immensely successful career as a senior executive with IBM, The Chase Manhattan Bank, Pfizer, Inc., The Pepsi Cola Company, and American Express, before instituting PWA in 1995. As an organizational psychologist, she is focused on peoples behavior in the work-setting.

In this 25+ year period, Dr. Addie and her select team of 10-25 associates have created and executed projects to improve the link between performance, rewards, and recognition for their clients, such as:

  • aligned goals and day-to-day activities with the most critical objectives of a business, function or department

  • helped managers understand how and under what circumstances people change Item

  • assisted countless executives in understanding how best to create a culture that supports inclusion and diversity
