What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payment methods.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do not offer payment plans at this time.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

If you feel unsatisfied with your purchase, cancellation a refund request must be made in writing within 48 hours of purchase by emailing: [email protected]. Qualifying refunds, minus a $25 processing fee, will be issued within 3 weeks of the processed request.

What technical requirements do I need to participate in PWA Career Success Lab?

There are no special technical requirements to access the content.  A basic computer or laptop with an internet connection should allow you to access the information via the link we provide via email.

I need to retrieve a receipt for my purchase, how can I find that?

You will have to access to a user dashboard where you can view all of your account information.  You will also receive an email notification after purchase.

Do you offer gift certificates or can I buy a gift for someone?

Gift certificates are not available for purchase online at this time but they may be available in the future.  Please contact us directly if this is something you would like to purchase.

Can I use PWA Career Success Lab on my tablet or mobile phone?

Yes, but you will receive the best experience from a desktop or laptop computer.

How long do I have access to my purchased products?

You will have access to your purchased products for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Do you offer trials?
